The biggest problem faced by senior citizens is loneliness. Many people lose their spouses and their children either live separately or do not have time to spend with their surviving parent. They also have very few opportunities to socialise with others due to their weak physical condition. At our Loneliness Mitigation Centre located within the residential area of poor seniors, members get the opportunity to interact with others as well as learn income-generating skills and engage in fun activities and physical exercises to keep them fit and active.
